1. Services
Linkbe provides monthly SEO services as described in the applicable package (Foundation, Growth, or Scale) and any signed proposal or statement of work. Exact monthly deliverables are defined in your service agreement.
2. No guaranteed results
Linkbe does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or return on investment. SEO performance depends on factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, and website implementation.
3. Fees & payment
Services are billed monthly in advance at the rate specified in your package or proposal. Work outside the agreed monthly scope is quoted and billed separately.
4. Term & cancellation
Engagements begin with a minimum initial term as stated in your proposal (typically three months), continuing month-to-month thereafter. Either party may cancel with written notice per the terms of the service agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to their website, analytics, and other tools required to deliver services, and to review and approve deliverables in a reasonable timeframe.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Linkbe's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.
